Job Description: Sales Head (Telecom Industry)


Summary: The Sales Head in the Telecom industry is a key leadership role responsible for direct sales and indirect channel sales for targeted accounts. Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share. This position involves managing a high-performing sales team, building and maintaining relationships with key clients.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Strategy Development:

2. Team Leadership and Management:

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.


3. Sales Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Provide regular reports to senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and optimize sales processes.


4. Market Expansion:

Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and business development.

Explore new markets and partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.


Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the telecom industry.

Strong understanding of telecom products and services.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Excellent, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Good understanding of Telecom Culture.
