Position: US Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) and DM/SDM - US Recruitment

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid - Candidates must be willing to work in the office for four full weeks each quarter)

We are currently hiring for the positions of US Recruiters and Delivery Managers/Service Delivery Managers (DM/SDM).

US Recruiter Role Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in US Staffing, in either sectors such as IT, Engineering, Pharma, Medical Devices, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, and Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of US tax terminology and work authorization processes.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn, TalentRover, Maxhire, JobDiva, or Erecruit.

DM/SDM Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of US Staffing experience in either the IT, Engineering, or Pharma/Medical Devices sectors.
• At least 2 years of proven team management and account management experience.
• Hands-on experience handling direct clients.
• Comfortable managing a mix of responsibilities, dedicating approximately 15-20% of time to active recruitment, and 75-80% to team management and client management.
