As part of our HR department, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruitment Intern to assist our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates for various roles using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools.
- Job Posting: Help create and manage job listings across multiple platforms.
- Candidate Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and shortlisting candidates for interviews.
- Interview Coordination: Help schedule and organize interviews, ensuring smooth communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and HR systems.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support the HR team in preparing offer letters, documentation, and assisting with new employee onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's culture and recruitment efforts through social media, job fairs, and internal communication.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with MBA specialisation with Human Resources
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus, but not required.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
