- Proven experience in setting up and managing industry-standard QA processes.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

- Compliance and Audits : Ensure QA activities comply with industry standards and organizational policies; prepare for and lead process audits.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to align quality objectives and expectations.
- Metrics and Reporting : Define, track, and report on key quality metrics, using insights to drive improvements.
