Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are eager to begin their careers in business development and sales.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Make outbound calls to potential sellers to initiate conversations and qualify leads.
- Ask relevant questions to understand the sellers business:
- What products do they sell?
- How do they currently market and sell their products?
- What is their average monthly order volume?
- Document and analyze seller responses to assess fit for our solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for further engagement.
- Continuously learn about our product offerings and industry trends to better understand client needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; confident and polite on phone calls.
- Strong questioning and active listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing processes is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
