Conduct high-volume calling to potential candidates for various job roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Use various channels like job portals, social media, and networking to source candidates.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the clients' hiring needs.
Work Model: Work From Home
Shifts: 10 AM to 7 PM
6 Days working; Sunday fixed off
CTC: 10-12k / month + Incentives
