Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Development role within an IT Services company (Digital Services, Cloud, and AI).
  • Strong understanding of IT services industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
  • Achieve revenue targets by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Lead the response strategy for proposals, including proposal development, review, feedback, competitive positioning, and pricing/commercial decisions.
  • Create and present solution pitches, RFP/RFI responses, and sales presentations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to sell IT solutions and services.
  • Build compelling value propositions that align customer needs with Amantya Technologies offerings.
  • Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and manage marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • B.Tech/B.E
  • MBA (preferred).
