Business Development Executive IT Infrastructure Sales
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 14 years


About the Role:
Were seeking a dynamic BDE to drive sales of IT hardware, software, audiovisual systems, and data center solutions. Youll build strong customer relationships, generate leads, and close deals to meet revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking), software licenses, and AV solutions
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clientsIT managers, procurement heads, and Clevel executives
  • Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to support existing accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with presales and technical teams to design solutions and respond to RFPs
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to Sales Manager
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:

  • 14 years of B2B sales experience in IT hardware, software, AV, or data center solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and articulate solution benefits
  • Selfmotivated, targetdriven, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
