Job Description
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets, and multimedia content.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Knowledge of ad targeting options, remarketing strategies, and audience segmentation techniques within Google Ads.
- Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in organizing and executing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and support lead generation efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (internships or entry-level positions) in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
