Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 11 years of experience in R2R accounting to join our team as a People Consulting Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.### Roles and Responsibility
  • Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
  • Create reports on financial performance and provide insightful analysis for internal and external use.
  • Participate in special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Implement and adhere to internal controls while ensuring accounting procedures comply with GAAP.
  • Accurately gauge the impact and cost of errors, omissions, and oversights.
  • Utilize specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking outputs.### Job Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in R2R accounting.
  • Professional Certification from CA/CMA institute/US CPA/CMA is preferable.
  • Basics in handling multiple ERP's and varied accounting tools.
  • Basics in Data Analytical skills and Interpretation of results.
  • Basics in understanding accounting/business issues.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
  • Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems.
  • Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in their approach.
