Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience to lead our team in delivering transformation programs using robotics, exposure to Blue Prism and AA is must, and open span/UI path is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business consulting, process improvement, and supply chain management.### Roles and Responsibility
  • Lead a team of process consultants and development teams to deliver transformation programs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop insightful solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance on supply chain management and operations optimization.### Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in consulting or industry, preferably with expertise in business transformation, business process re-engineering, market assessment, post-merger integration, strategy and business planning, sales and marketing improvement/transformations, strategic cost reduction, supply chain management/transformations.
  • In-depth domain knowledge in one or more sectors, including consumer products, automotive, diversified industrial products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
