Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers and provide timely and accurate resolution to their queries and concerns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
• Educate customers on various products and services offered by the bank and assist them in making informed decisions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and sales goals
• Continuously update knowledge of bank products, services, and processes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
