Trainee Executive- IT (Fresher) @ Ford

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Server Room and ensure proper functioning of systems and operations.
• Handle time synchronization of production and QC (Quality Control) equipment.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of IT-related equipment, including:
• Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Printers, and Scanners.
• Computer networks, attendance machines, and access control systems.
• Manage electronic data backups and ensure data security.
• Provide support for the validation of computer systems in QC and production environments.
• Act as a system administrator, offering:
• User account management support.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of QC and production software/systems.
• Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT systems and processes.

Conduct preventive maintenance activities for computer systems to ensure smooth functioning.
