We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated US IT Recruiter with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about recruitment and have a strong understanding of IT staffing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Job Description:
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT positions.
Managing end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and candidates.
Utilizing various job boards and recruiting tools to find the best candidates.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Experience with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster and other platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
Knowledge of IT skills and technologies is a plus.
