Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Business Intelligence Developer - Tableau We are seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate to join our Business Intelligence (BI) team as BI Developer. This role requires expertise in data strategy, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and scaling BI initiatives, driving data-driven decision-making, and ensuring seamless integration with platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, enhancing data governance, and supporting key business functions with insightful analytics. Responsibilities Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements. Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI reporting solutions. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and optimization tasks. Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. Optimization & Performance: Optimize Tableau workbooks and data sources for efficiency and performance improvements. Collaboration: Partner with business teams, data engineers, and IT to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Regularly monitor dashboards and resolve any performance or data-related issues. Automation & Innovation: Identify opportunities to automate reports, improve efficiency, and enhance visualization techniques. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of BI solutions, including data dictionaries, user guides, and best practices. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar data visualization role. Strong expertise in Tableau (Desktop, Server, and Prep) and SQL. Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) data and CRM-A is a plus. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and database management. Proficiency in data modelling and data transformation techniques. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Experience in integrating Tableau with multiple data sources. Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis. Familiarity with advanced analytics and machine learning techniques. Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Experience with B2B organizational Model Education/Certification - Must Have: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Tableau Certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Desktop Certified Professional) is preferred but not mandatory.
