Job Description

As a BA/PM candidate responsible for solutioning, understanding business context, managing projects, and ensuring that all members of the operating team work efficiently Key responsibilities:

• Understand business context and suggest relevant solutioning.
• Visualize use cases and transform business requirement in clear project scope.
• Customer interaction and solution demo.
• Prepare high level wire frames.
• Prepare proposal (Estimation, tech approach, coordination).
• Assignments and project planning and tracking (Knowledge of Project Management & ProjectWorkspace).
• Quality Assurance.
• Project Status reporting (internal and external).
• Release Management, UAT, demo.
• Change management.
• Act as point of contact for customer to ensure smooth communication during and postproject delivery.
• Responsible for project success, account management and growth.

Qualifications and skills:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in the field of Project Management / Business Analysis.
• Proven analytical problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to streamline processes andintegrate / analyze data from various sources.
• Excellent customer interaction skills with experience of a highly customer facing roleincluding managing customers when there are issues, acting with credibility andprofessionalism as well as giving confidence to customers on the actions being taken.
• Certification of MS Project Professional would be a plus.
• Open to Travel.
