Job Description

Job Title: Business Manager (US) - Services
Role Type: Hybrid (Sales)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager - US to join our. As part of a small, agile sales team, you will collaborate closely with a larger group of enterprise sales engineers in the field, focusing on mid-market companies in the US.

Working Shift:
Second shift with a minimum of 5 hours of overlap with the EST time zone.

Purpose:
To identify opportunities within accounts and align them with our internal capabilities to drive successful closures.
Key Responsibilities:

Opportunity Identification and Deal Closure
Lead the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying potential opportunities to successfully closing deals, ensuring seamless execution and achieving sales targets.

Knowledge Expectations
Demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure solutions, including AWS and Azure, along with expertise in cybersecurity solutions and knowledge of leading industry players.

Collaborative Sales Approach
Work closely with senior sales leaders, architects, and sales engineers to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.

Asset Development for Sales Efficiency
Create and refine reusable tools such as checklists, questionnaires, and other resources to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the sales cycle.

Comprehensive Documentation
Maintain accurate records by documenting customer requirements, technical details, and updates on opportunities. Draft compelling and tailored proposals to meet client needs effectively.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably offshore, with a focus on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions, especially within AWS environments.
Experience working with mid-market customers in the US market.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to creating efficiencies in sales processes.
Exceptional communication, documentation, and proposal-writing skills.
