Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executives , to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
Manage the team of 2 to 10 members.
Take care of team's performance and development of team members.
Build good relation with team members & help them to achieve their target
Motivate your team on daily bases & set sales target
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
Answer questions about services of the company
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in Team handling or other sales/customer service role
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Complete monthly sales Target.(individual &team target)
Complete daily KRA
Educational Criteria : GRADUATION
Own Vehicle is mandatory
