Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our growing team and lead multiple automation and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 integrations, and workflow automation, along with strong understanding of UI/UX for portal redesigns. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated solutions based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), integrating enterprise tools, and enhancing customer experience through intelligent workflows and interfaces.

Should be able to work on a solution, estimation and development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 APIs and administrative automation.
• Proven experience in workflow automation based on SOPs.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of ITSM modules and service portal development.
• Experience in the integration of financial software like Sage Intacct with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams app integrations .
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline.
