Job Description

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our Aviation Academy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead conversion through telephonic sales and will be responsible for counselling potential leads and converting them into admissions. This role involves both telesales and face-to-face interactions with prospective students and their guardians.


QUALIFICATIONS:


Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or aviation industry.
  • Proven track record in lead conversion and achieving sales targets through telephonic sales.
  • Experience in counselling and guiding potential students is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Lead Conversion:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to promote our aviation programs and services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about the courses, fees, and enrollment process.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to nurture relationships and encourage admissions.

Sales Calls:

  • Schedule and conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective students and their guardians.
  • Present the academys offerings in a clear and compelling manner to persuade potential students to enroll.
  • Address queries and concerns of prospective students and their families.

Counselling:

  • Provide one-on-one counseling to walk-in leads and visitors to the academy.
  • Guide potential students through the admission process, including application submission and documentation.
  • Offer career guidance and advice to help students choose the right aviation program based on their interests and goals.

Admissions Processing:

  • Assist prospective students with the completion of admission forms and other necessary paperwork.
  • Ensure all admission requirements and criteria are met before finalizing enrolments.
  • Maintain accurate records of student admissions and ensure data is entered into the CRM system.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report on sales performance and lead conversion rates.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and outcomes.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing students.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience for students.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the General manager.
