Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and non-sales roles.
  
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and references.
  
• Conduct screening, interviews, and manage interview coordination.
  
• Work closely with hiring managers for timely closures.
  
• Maintain hiring trackers and reports regularly.
  

Requirements:

• 14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Prior BFSI / Insurance hiring experience preferred.
