Key Responsibilities:
Write and post technical job descriptions tailored to US job markets
Source potential candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, and internal databases
Perform pre-screening calls to assess applicant qualifications and alignment with job requirements
Conduct interviews using a combination of structured, technical, and behavioral techniques
Collaborate with US-based hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Extend job offers and manage onboarding of new hires in coordination with US HR teams
Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Promote In Time Tec s brand as an employer of choice in the US market
Ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations
Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and tools relevant to US hiring
Work closely with leadership and peers to foster a positive hiring experience and team culture
Requirements:
Proven experience in US Recruitment (both IT Non-IT), preferably working with clients or hiring managers based in the US
Strong understanding of US hiring practices, time zones, and compliance requirements across various domains
Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools
Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search, X-ray search, and social media recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Quick learning and adaptability in a dynamic recruitment environment
Willingness to work Swing Night Shifts
Educational Qualification:
MBA in Human Resources or a relevant field preferred
