Job Description

  • Strong experience in managing strategic accounts with the ability to build and nurture high level client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to customize gift card solutions, including product features, integrations, and services, to fit the specific requirements of the client.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, close complex deals, and align product solutions with client business needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the fintech space, particularly around gift card solutions, providing strategic guidance and insights to clients for maximizing business impact.
  • Deep expertise in tailoring solutions and working closely with technical teams to implement customized offerings.
  • Ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships, both internally and externally, to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Align product and service offerings with clients evolving needs, ensuring that the value proposition resonates strongly with the client.
  • Lead complex sales negotiations, managing the balance between client requirements and company profitability.

  • Experience Portfolio -
    • masters degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of Key Account Management experience, preferably in payment or fintech industry.
    • Ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships, both internally and externally, to deliver successful outcomes.
    Technical Skills Efficiency -
    • Achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of fintech products and services.
    • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends and make informed decisions.
    • Extensive knowledge of the fintech industry, particularly gift card products, payment solutions, and related regulations.
    Communication Ownership -
    • Strong interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills including the ability to motivate others. Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
    • Ability to work well with others and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences, and to exercise good judgment in frequency and nature of communications to different parties (senior management, stakeholders, , etc)
