Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support the implementation and

ongoing administration of our ServiceNow platform, covering ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and ITOM

modules. The candidate will be responsible for managing the platform, ensuring system

stability, implementing configurations, and supporting end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow platform to support business

processes.

  • Manage user roles, permissions, groups, and security policies within ServiceNow.
  • Oversee CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management activities, ensuring data integrity and

accuracy.

  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and testing for new ServiceNow releases.
  • Configure Service Catalog, Request Management, Change Management, Incident &

Problem Management workflows.

  • Maintain and optimize performance, reliability, and security of the platform.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement UI policies, business rules,

workflows, and automation.

  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
  • Work with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and enhance ServiceNow

capabilities.

  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, governance policies, and best practices.
  • Monitor and improve ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools using REST/SOAP

APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and ITOM modules.
  • Experience in ServiceNow configuration, instance management, and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Knowledge

Management.

  • Understanding of ACLs, security roles, and platform security configurations.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow updates, releases, and version upgrades.
  • Ability to create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics widgets.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Automation.
  • Experience in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
