Experience: 2-3+ years in recruitment (mass hiring/bulk hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for retail roles, with a focus on bulk hiring

Store visits & on-ground hiring actively sourcing talent from job portals

Stakeholder management collaborating with business leaders to fulfill hiring needs

Talent mapping & poaching identifying top talent and bringing them onboard
