Position: Delivery Head OR Vice President

Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Noida

Experience: 18+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale IT engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Oversee projects with budgets exceeding $20 million, ensuring financial and operational success.
• Supervise teams of 100+ members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement engineering processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Travel as required to meet project and client needs.

Expectations:

• Must have at least 5-8 years of development experience in the past.
• Project Management: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing large teams and delivering complex projects.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
• Experience in engineering background companies/projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
