Job Description

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team
  • As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and expanding our customer base
  • You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute strategies that align with our company s goals and objectives
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Lead Generation
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and segments for business expansion.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and maintaining regular communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Highlight the value proposition and benefits of our products/services to address client pain points.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide feedback from clients to aid in product/service enhancement and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and deal status using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, goals achieved, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive successful deal closures.
