Job Summary: You will play a crucial role in INCREFF growth journey by enhancing u201ccustomer experienceu201c by making our customers experience the true value of our products and services.

Responsibilities

u2756 You will be responsible for the creation/updation of BRD, SOP and other solutioning documents for your respective customers.

u2756 You will be responsible for end-to-end issues and relationship management for your respective customers.

u2756 You will be responsible for gathering requirements from your respective customers and presenting them

to the internal product development team with the business case.

u2756 You will be responsible for interacting with customers teams to help them resolve issues.

u2756 You will be responsible for solving critical technical issues which would hamper customers operations.

u2756 You will be responsible for onboarding new customers and keeping healthy relationships with customers technical and operations teams.

u2756 You will gain a deep understanding of the e-commerce and fashion industry by interacting with all the e-commerce giants of the world.

u2756 You will be gaining experience in handling complex and large data.

u2756 You will be responsible for coming up with customer interaction processes which will help Increff scale.

Requirements
u2756 2+ years of experience in the Support domain

u2756 Excellent written and verbal communication

u2756 Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills

u2756 Process-oriented and well-organized

u2756 E-Commerce and Retail domain is a plus

u2756 The ability to accommodate and work across diverse time zones is highly valued.
