Job Description
Senior PMO 3 - 7 yrs. Of experience Location - Bangalore Collaborate with leadership to define and track KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics
Analyze business operations to identify bottlenecks, risks, and new opportunities
Design and optimize workflows, processes, and reporting systems
Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Excel) for data-driven insights
Work with cross-functional teams.
Partner with Finance for forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning
Support change management and improve internal tools and systems
Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement Stay updated on industry trends to implement relevant innovations
