Roles Responsibilities:
Lead and grow the India-based sales team with a focus on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and consultative
Selling.
Own and drive the complete sales cycle from qualifying opportunities to closing deals for enterprise
technology services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, VPs, and senior stakeholders of target companies.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Delivery teams to create tailored proposals, demos, and pitches that align
with client needs.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings in the USA as needed to represent People10 and generate
pipeline opportunities.
Analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs to refine the sales approach and
offerings.
Set KPIs and revenue targets for the sales team and ensure consistent achievement and reporting.
Build scalable sales processes and mentor junior sales executives to become effective consultative sellers.
Must have skills:
12 to 18 years of experience in B2B IT services sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and building strong relationships with CXO-level clients.
Experience selling technology services such as custom software development, enterprise IT solutions, digital
transformation, or product engineering.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate client needs into compelling business propositions.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage a geographically distributed team.
Willingness to travel internationally (primarily USA) for meetings, conferences, and client engagements.
