Learning & Development Associate @ Themathcompany

Ideate on how we can evolve existing programs based on consumption
Brainstorm ideas, conceptualize and create engaging, interesting ways to make learning a fun process
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to create programs tailored to them to improve delivery experience
Effective stakeholder management
Independently manage a program that includes planning, organizing, and facilitating training needs
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Develop and maintain organizational communications such as internal announcements to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources
Develop marketing plans to generate interest among the employees in the organization to drive impact
Effective email writing skills to have smooth communications
Follows checklists diligently to maintain workflow by ensuring data gets captured as per the defined format and modify programs as needed
Work effectively with other members of Coach to help drive program success

What you'll Need

We are looking for individuals who are curious, excited about learning, and navigating through the uncertainties and complexities that are associated with growing a company. Some qualifications that we think would help you thrive in this role are:
Bachelor s degree in relevant subject or the equivalent combination of education and experience
2-4 years of relevant experience in the field of learning and development
Good communication skills
Technical - Proficient in Excel, PPT and various office applications
Creative thinker - Ability to think creatively to generate excitement through creation of teasers/video trailers within the organization for program launches, program announcements, nominations etc
Experience in the field of Analytics will be an advantage
Prior exposure working on a Learning Management System before is a plus
