Project Manager- Electrical and instrumentation|| Mumbai @ Leading

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement capital projects in sterile pharma environments.
  
• Prepare and review technical documentation for instrumentation (DCS/PLC/DDC).
  
• Manage selection, specification, and procurement of instruments based on P&IDs.
  
• Execute FAT, installation, commissioning, and SAT of systems.
  
• Handle instruments for Fill-Finish, LYO, Vial Washing, Tunnel, Autoclave, Visual Inspection, and Packing.
  
• Support CSV, ensure 21 CFR Part 11 and ATEX/SIL compliance.
  
• Coordinate with site and corporate teams; provide regular project updates.
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong engineering and process instrumentation knowledge.
  
• Familiarity with US FDA & EU regulations.
  
• Good team leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  
• SAP and computer skills preferred.

Strong knowledge in handling process instruments such as:

• Fill-Finish Machines
  
• Lyophilizer (LYO)
  
• Vial Washing Machines
  
• Depyrogenation Tunnel
  
• Autoclave
  
• Visual Inspection Machines
  
• Primary and Secondary Packing Equipment
  
• Cleanroom Utilities (HVAC, WFI, Steam, Compressed Air)
