Job Title: Business Analyst (3-5 Years Experience)

Location: Hyderabad | Employment Type: Full-Time

Note:Need immediate joiners only

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to support requirement gathering, UX wireframing, and sprint execution in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and process flows to define business needs.
• Maintain and optimize Jira boards and dashboards for effective sprint tracking.
• Assist in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Release Coordination.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business needs and system functionality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Standups.
• Conduct basic data analysis to provide insights for product decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and user story mapping.
• Experience in Jira and wireframing tools (Miro/Figma/XD etc.).
• Ability to break down complex business processes into structured, well-defined requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Exposure to API documentation, system workflows, and integrations.
• Understanding of Agile estimation techniques (T-shirt sizing, story points).
