Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for DG Sets across designated regions.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale projects and key accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
  • Technical Expertise:Provide technical guidance on DG Sets, including load calculations, power system design, and hybrid power options.
  • Sales Process Management:Lead the sales process from proposal preparation to contract negotiations and deal closure.
  • Market Analysis:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Team Leadership:Mentor and lead junior sales team members to enhance overall team performance.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Desired profile of the candidate

Technical Proficiency: Strong background in power generation systems, backup power solutions, and hybrid energy solutions. Preference in DG Set is a bonus.


Min. Experience -

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in diesel generators, power solutions, or industrial equipment. Preference in DG Set.


Educational Background: Bachelors degree/diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business, or any graduate.


Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements):

  • Communication Skills:Exceptional communication, negotiation, leadership skills English proficiency (Oral & Written) is a must
  • Travel Requirements:Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Candidates Nationality - Indian.
