JOB DESCRIPTION:
Intermediate knowledge of call centre management and all related calculations,Intermediate knowledge of various forecasting / scheduling software,Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail,Spreadsheets with intermediate formula application and database software (e.g.
Excel and Access) experience required,Knowledge in Automatic
Call Distribution (ACD)technology and experience with forecasting / scheduling software
RTA Analyst WFM -Responsible for real-time and intraday management of resources to ensure the correct number of agents at the right times are in their seats to answer an accurately forecasted volume of incoming calls at the desired service level.
CTC - upto 7 LPA
Shift: 7 AM - 1 AM (Any shift)
Weekoff: 5 days working (Rotational weekoff)
Required Candidate profile
Should be a graduate
Should have min 2 years of relevant exp
Should be ok to work of rotational shifts (7 am to 1am)
