Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with 1 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across technical and/or non-technical roles. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and ensuring a smooth hiring process that aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
  • Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarks when required.
  • Maintain key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 4 years of recruitment experience in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Proficient in sourcing tools and job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions across departments and prioritize workload.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in hiring for IT and non-IT roles across various levels (junior to leadership).
  • Exposure to international hiring (Middle East, Europe, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Understanding of recruitment compliance and employment laws.
  • Familiarity with HR tools like Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday.
