Job Description
ExclusiveLane (recently featured on Shark Tank India, Season 4) is the Worlds Crafts and Design Store an online home and craft brand that began its journey in 2012 with a vision to promote crafts and design products globally.
Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist-HR Team
Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase-5, Gurugram. (Near Sikanderpur Metro Station)
Experience: 2 - 5 Years.
CTC: 3.0 to 4.2 Lacs Per Annum + Incentives
Requirements:
- Prior experience of handling the job portals & Intern sites like Naukri, Times Job, Internshala etc. is a must.
- Prior experience in generalist role in the past will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills both written & oral.
Role: Handling the complete end to end recruitment role. 70% Recruitment +30% Generalist.
Job responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Understand hiring needs from respective departments and create targeted job descriptions.
- Source candidates via portals, consultants, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews, conducting initial telephonic rounds.
- Manage offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and closure of hiring mandates within timelines and budgets.
2. Induction & Probation
- Execute end-to-end induction programs and orientation sessions for new joiners.
- Handle probation-related letters: confirmations, warnings, extensions, or terminations based on feedback.
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Own the entire employee lifecycle onboarding, leave tracking, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure policy adherence throughout.
4. Performance Management
- Actively support the execution of the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Facilitate annual appraisals, career progression plans, and succession planning by coordinating rating and increment cycles.
5. Payroll & Compensation
- Design and validate salary structures for new joiners, exits, and existing employees.
- Collaborate with finance for timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Provide advisory on HR salary inputs, increments, and compensation planning.
6. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Execute reward & recognition programs, birthday and festival celebrations, and quarterly newsletters.
- Build a positive work culture by initiating creative engagement ideas aligned with the brands values.
7. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, skip-level meetings, and feedback sessions.
- Manage disciplinary matters, issue warning letters, and conduct necessary discussions aligned with the Code of Conduct.
