Job Title: Business Development Executive


Location: Bengaluru and Mumbai


  • Bond Period: 2.6 years
  • Joining Date: Immediately
  • Location: Initial 3 months of training will at Bengaluru and post we will deploy to Mumbai (Only for Mumbai candidates).
  • Number of Openings: 2 candidates for Bengaluru and 2 candidates for Mumbai.
  • Preferred Male candidates.

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct field-based business development activities, including cold visits, customer meetings, and event participation.
  • Identify and approach prospective clients in enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and on-ground interactions.
  • Assist the senior sales team with initial customer engagement and qualification of opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients and update sales trackers regularly.
  • Promote ENH iSecures bouquet of IAM solutions and value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Work closely with marketing and inside sales teams for coordinated outreach.
  • Represent ENH iSecure professionally in client interactions and events.

Key Qualifications


  • Masters in Business or Bachelors degree in Engineering (MBA, B. E, B.Tech, Post graduate program in business or technology domain).
  • 01 year of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong interest in technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in a field sales role.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
