Position- Application Support Manager

Job Description :
Oversee the operation and maintenance of enterprise applications.
Ensure the applications are performing optimally and resolve issues on time.
Lead the team in investigating and resolving application-related incidents.
Analyze and identify recurring issues or system bottlenecks and provide root cause analysis.
Provide training and guidance on application issues and troubleshooting techniques.
Have good knowledge of POS terminals Card, BQR and UPI transactions.
Support the planning and execution of application changes, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Maintain and update documentation for application configurations, issues, and solutions.
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Familiarity with database management, SQL & PostgreSQL.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
At least 4-5 years of experience in application support, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
