Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Account Executives to join our high-performance sales pods at Streelancer. In this remote role, youll lead a team of intern SDRs, manage the full sales cycle, and close high-value B2B deals for our managed services.

You will play a critical role in growing revenue while mentoring a pod of women-in-sales interns.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultative sales calls with qualified leads provided by SDRs
  • Convert $5,000 to $15,000/month in new B2B deals
  • Manage and mentor a pod of 56 Sales Development Representatives (interns)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales proposals and pricing structures
  • Update CRM regularly with pipeline status, call notes, and win/loss analysis
  • Provide performance feedback to SDRs and optimize team output
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets ($15K+)

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, agency sales, or consultative selling roles
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket deals in a remote sales environment
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and leading discovery calls
  • Comfortable with mentoring or coaching junior sales reps
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Incentives:

  • Commission: 5%10% per closed deal
  • Target: $15,000+ in monthly new revenue
