 Assistant Manager - Video Production Sales / Business Development

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition & Business Growtho Identify, pitch, and acquire new clients for video production projects, including commercials, branded content, and corporate videos.o Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.2. Market Research & Networkingo Analyze industry trends and competition to identify opportunities.o Build and maintain a strong network within the media, advertising, and production ecosystem.3. Project Planning & Collaborationo Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Production, and Strategy) to develop and present customized video solutions to clients.o Work closely with project managers to ensure client requirements are met within timelines and budgets.4. Client Relationship Managemento Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.o Handle queries, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly.5. Sales Reportingo Maintain accurate records of sales activities and revenue forecasts.o Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to leadership.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in video production, advertising, or media.Strong understanding of video production processes and terminology.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
