Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through farming, hunting, and networking to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients in the corporate sector.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention rates and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
  • Proven track record of success in solution selling, software sales, SaaS sales, cloud sales, ERP sales, or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of the education industry landscape and its various stakeholders (educational institutions, training organizations).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels; strong negotiation skills required.
