Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will primarily focus on generating and managing business from government clients for IT infrastructure solutions. This is a field sales role that involves client visits, lead generation, and relationship building within the government sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within government departments and public sector units.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government organizations.
  • Promote and sell IT infrastructure solutions such as servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, and end-user devices.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and government tenders with support from the presales and operations team.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and post-sales support.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT sales or field sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure products and government procurement processes is a plus.
