Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
  
• Develop menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements (vegetarian, multi cuisine).
  
• Oversee inventory management, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in hotels or restaurants.
  
• BHM degree from a recognized institution (any specialization).
  
• Proven track record of menu planning, execution, and costing; knowledge of Continental Cuisine, Indian Cuisine, Pan Asian cuisines preferred.
