What Youll Do Design with Purpose: Create user-centered, visually compelling designs for web and mobile platforms that reflect clarity, trust, and intelligence. Bring Interfaces to Life: Own the UI/UX lifecyclefrom ideation to high-fidelity Figma prototypesbacked by real user insights and data. Elevate User Experience: Design custom illustrations, micro-interactions, and animations that make every touchpoint more engaging and refined. Collaborate Across Minds: Work alongside product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring high-impact features to life. Maintain Consistency: Uphold and evolve our design system to ensure brand and visual consistency across all platforms. Obsess Over Details: Conduct user research, usability tests, and implement feedback for pixel-perfect refinement. What You Bring 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience. Mastery in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, etc.). Strong portfolio across both mobile and web, showcasing real-world impact. Visual design excellenceproficiency with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. Motion know-how using tools like After Effects, Lottie, or similar. Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and interaction design. Bonus If You Have Experience working in Agile or startup environments.
