Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Zoho CRM Developer to join our team as we transition from Salesforce to Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing,
integrating, and optimizing Zoho CRM for business process automation and improved user
experience. Experience with Salesforce CRM is considered an added advantage, as it will support a smooth migration and help align the new system with existing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end migration from Salesforce to Zoho CRM, ensuring data integrity and
minimal disruption to business operations.
- Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, and automation to match
evolving business needs.
- Design and implement automated workflows, blueprints, and business processes using Zoho
applications.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party tools, internal systems, and external platforms via
APIs, webhooks, and custom functions.
- Conduct data migration and validation tasks, ensuring clean data transition from SFDC to
Zoho.
- Provide training, onboarding, and support to end users and stakeholders throughout the
transition phase.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data security policies and industry standards throughout the Zoho
ecosystem.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and system inefficiencies.
- Stay current with Zoho updates, best practices, and new feature rollouts to continually
enhance the CRM platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM development and customization.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Zoho API integrations.
- Experience in data migration projects, preferably from Salesforce to Zoho.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, custom objects, workflows, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of third-party integrations and RESTful APIs.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-
functional teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
