Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber plant engineering professionals.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future manufacturing plant engineering needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for plant engineering positions, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on Manufacturing Plant engineering (Preferably Automotive and OEM) or related technical fields.
Strong knowledge of engineering roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Civil etc).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
