Technical Project Lead / Manager @ Zensar

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software projects through the entire SDLCfrom planning to deployment.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely, quality releases.
• Understand and support CI/CD pipeline efforts and container-based deployments.
• Identify project risks and dependencies and propose mitigation plans.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure Agile best practices.
• Manage client and stakeholder communication effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in technical leadership or project management roles.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools (CI/CD, version control, automation).
• Familiarity with containerization concepts (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
