Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced recruiters with proven success in talent acquisition, particularly in technical domains. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Energy or Engineering clients, with a strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and other technical functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates within timelines.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to identify top talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the process.
- Stay informed about trends in the engineering and energy sectors to better support client needs.
Qualifications:
- 23 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or RPO setting.
- Proven experience supporting clients in the Energy or Engineering sectors.
- Familiarity with roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, etc.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and client expectations simultaneously.
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of technical terminology and engineering role requirements.
- Prior experience working with high-volume or project-based recruitment.
