We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Finance Operations Consultant to join our team at NCG. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules. Your expertise in financial processes spanning Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, and more will help shape customized solutions that improve operational efficiency and financial accuracy for our clients. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth, client exposure, and hands-on experience in dynamic project environments.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the functional lead for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and support
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across key finance modules
- Design and recommend best-practice finance solutions tailored to business needs
- Develop and maintain functional design documents and configurations
- Partner with technical and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of features
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and client training workshops
- Support clients through change management and post-implementation troubleshooting
- Provide guidance on reporting tools and financial data management
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and efficiency opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and regular progress updates
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 3 to 6 years of experience in functional consulting with MS Dynamics Finance & Operations or similar ERP platforms
- Proven experience in key modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and operational workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with solution design, functional documentation, UAT, and end-user training
- Familiarity with change management methodologies
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and client-driven environment
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting tools and data analysis platforms
- Exposure to multi-country or multi-currency implementations
